Description

Vintage bottle opener advertising the HOTEL NICOLLET in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The Hotel Nicollet opened in 1924.  It hosted guests like John F. Kennedy,
Dwight Eisenhower, Harry Truman, Eleanor Roosevelt and Judy Garland - as well as musicians such as Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Tommy Dorsey and Lawrence Welk.
In 1957, the hotel was bought by the Albert Pick Hotels and renamed the Pick-Nicollet Hotel.  The building was demolished in 1991.
