Nikon AC/DC Converter MA-4 120 V power cable vintage for camera motor drive

Description

Used Nikon AC/DC converter model MA-4 to supply power to both a motor drive and EE aperature control attachment, see pics for condition, serial #C3255.  Includes power cable.
Although I'm not able to fully test with a motor drive, voltage tests indicate the item is in working condition and therefore sold with a
30 day return policy
.  I sold another one of these months ago and the buyer confirmed that unit worked properly and left positive feedback.
Testing performed
Item powers up but red indicator light does
not
turn on
Voltage between black and red REMOTE screw knobs is 15v (see pic).  When the RELEASE button is pushed, voltage reads 0v.
MD 15V connector jack
Voltage from left pin (+) to right pin (R) is 0v.  When the RELEASE button is pushed, voltage reads 15v
EE 3.6V connector jack
Voltage from left pin (+) to right pin (-) is always 3.6v regardless of RELEASE button position
We do not know the history of this item except that a local photographer was getting rid of all his darkroom equipment and this item was part of the lot.  If you're reading this, you know how rare one of these items are, especially in working condition.
