Messaging Device is "Used" Condition and the Programmer and adapter plate is "New" condition and designed by me. The IM-ME Messenger will be shipped in its Default and unmodified form. Programming the IM-ME to be done at your own risk. Programmer and adapter plate will be tested for full functionality before shipment. Help is available, but software code will not be provided.
