Very early invitation brochure for the Balboa Bay Club, it has an "Architect's Study & Visualization", or architectural artist concept drawing of the projected Clubhouse, Marina, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Apartments. Dr. Paul Gerrish, Club Recreational Director and Youth Counsellor. Size is 10.5x17 inches when open, 10.5 inches tall. Two fold marks across the middle which may have been on purpose for mailing purposes. Small spine fold tear at the bottom. Used. inventory# b19-12.
