I have a long history in the fragrance industry and am both a member of the International Perfume Bottle Association (IPBA) and an avid collector of vintage and antique scents. My items are smoke-free and guaranteed authentic.
Up for immediate purchase is this magnificent, profoundly rare, antique 1920s, made in Paris, France, guaranteed original and authentic, Fleurs du Passé (Flowers of the Past) extrait parfum splash presented in an elegant flacon with a hand-cut crystal stopper by Cristalleries de Baccarat (number 1090) in a generous 2-ounce (60ml) size by R
oger & Gallet Paris. It stands approximately 4.25 inches (11cm) tall.
All photos were taken in natural light at
40x magnification
to best highlight overall condition. The buyer will receive the exact item pictured.
This bottle fully retains its thick paper face label (faded but still legible) and its side circular Grand Prix paper label. The paper Baccarat label at the base of the bottle is no longer present; however, it does have an acid etched number (120) on its back right base corner as is common for bottles of this era. The tip of the stopper has the same number. Baccarat did not generally etch the circular Baccarat logo on the base of its bottles until the latter 1930s. A fragile Roger & Gallet-branded ivory-colored seal (which has lifted) encircles the neck of the stopper but there is no cording. The stopper does have some light abrasions on its back crystal panel and the back of the bottle has a tiny surface abrasion about an inch down from the base of its neck (see photos).

Fleurs du Passé
is classified as a floral fragrance.
The scent whispering from the neck of this bottle is spectacular. The dark amber contents are original to the bottle with no murkiness, syrupiness, floaties, or crystallization. It is extremely rare to find these bottles, much less with any remaining content.
